Dress A clear wine, between straw yellow and pale gold. Nose The nose immediately reveals the lemony vivacity of citrus fruits but also a more tender and fruity quince characteristic. The aeration allows to glimpse a more supple character on notes of ripe pears and quince on an earthy and vegetal mineral background of honeysuckle. Mouth On the palate, we find this very balanced character between liveliness and tenderness. Its sharp side awakens the taste buds when its fruit covers the palate with a pleasant sensation of sweetness.
