The nose is airy with notes of red fruit and citrus. The mouth is greedy and elegant. The finish is fresh and delicate with aromas of crunchy red fruit. We find the finesse of the Chardonnay Grand Cru and the delicate fullness of the Pinots Noirs 1er Cru. Recommended serving temperature: 10°C to 12°C
Champagne made from a blend of Chardonnay from Chouilly Grand Cru for 93% and red wine from Pinot Noir from Bisseuil Premier Cru for 7%. This Champagne is also a blend of years expressed by the "mag 14". "14" corresponds to the harvest year used as the basis for the blend, in this case 2014.
