Clos Sainte-Pauline - Nuances Chardonnay - Blanc - 2017

A beautiful golden yellow color, limpid, sunny. The nose is typical, fresh, with notes of citrus fruits, grapefruit, exotic fruits and apricots. A fresh mouth with tonic aromas. A wine with the right balance where a touch of acidulous bitterness comes to accompany the finish.

Some grape varieties are self-sufficient, their complexity sublimates itself in simplicity, as is the case of our Chardonnay, a blend of two geological sequences to be enjoyed between 10 and 12°.
