The first discreet and airy nose is enriched with notes of white flowers, acacia honey and ripe pear. Beautiful tonicity, the attack brings on a chiseled matter where citrus fruits mix with white fruit and brioche flavours; the final sensation persists on notes of pastries, toasted bread and an elegant empyreumatic touch

The Wine Estate

The Bonnet-Ponson vineyard has more than 50 parcels spread over 4 villages in the Reims mountains: Chamery, Vrigny and Coulommes la montagne in Premier Cru and Verzenay in Grand Cru. The average age of the vines is 30 years and some Pinot Noir plots are up to 70 years old, the three main grape varieties are present, and the Petit Meslier has just appeared with the first plot planted in Vrigny in 2016.
