Champagne Marc - Ultima

The woody, very fine, does not mask the fruits. The attack and length are of good posture. Its golden colour is very pleasant. On the nose we find varied dried fruits, plum plum... The palate is well structured with aromas of spices, citrus fruits and honey that are released sparingly.

The word of the Winemaker, :

A refined honeymoon, this champagne delicately combines the flavours of yesteryear with the balance of today. 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay, this historic cuvée, aged in oak barrels, pays tribute to the House's traditional know-how and revives the techniques of a bygone era.

Lord of Fleury-la-Rivière, François de Baradat then wished to return to these lands. These are reputed to be renowned for their productivity...

Très belle bouteille ! Le Champagne est très plaisant en bouche avec un coté rond et brioché.
