Pale gold colour. A fine and delicate foam. A fragrant nose, notes of elderflower and tobacco smoke. On the palate, the attack is fresh but supple, typical of the 2006 vintage. The red fruit notes (blackberry, elderberry) are extended with hints of toast and raspberry brandy. The finish is aromatic and persistent.
