The colour is golden yellow with amber tints. The nose reveals pretty notes of yellow fruit, vine peach, pear, pineapple and a hint of honeyed gingerbread. The palate is briochey and spicy with a fruity and compote. The freshness is present and it is the expression of the Pinot Noir that dominates on the palate. Exotic fruits complete an already rich aromatic panorama, with figs and mangos in particular. The finish is on dried fruit, underlined by a slight bitterness.
This cuvée, a blend of fruity and compote aromas, offers you the scores of a rich and varied aromatic universe, a guarantee of great maturity.
