A beautiful dark red colour with garnet reflections. An intense nose with aromas of ripe fruit (cherry, blackcurrant). On the palate, a powerful and complex wine with supple and silky tannins and notes of black cherries and vanilla. More or less, my favourite cuvée from the trio produced by Beauchêne is Chateauneuf du Pape Vignoble de la Serriere, a blend of 65% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 5% Mourvèdre. It combines floral aromas with notes of ripe cherries, before delivering a slight finish on the spice. 90/100 on Robert' Parker Wine Advocate
Grace and delight. A wine that reveals floral aromas and ripe cherry aromas before delivering spicy notes with aeration.
Perfect for your family meals. Drink immediately or keep for a maximum of 10 to 15 years. Serve between 16° and 18°C
Ideal to accompany a shoulder of lamb with Provence herbs, a grilled rib of beef or a strawberry salad.
