The candy pink colour is brilliant and almost crystalline. The nose is very generous, it is a nice firework display with both Cabernet grape varieties which explode on notes of red fruit on the attack (strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants, cherries) then notes of sour candy to finish on aromas of exotic fruits which confirms the freshness of this wine. The attack on the palate is generous and gourmet. the creaminess and creaminess is like a pastry of raspberry or wild strawberry fruits.
