Château d'Anglès - Grand Vin blanc
25€00

Éric Fabre wanted to express in this cuvée the richness of his 60-year-old Bourboulenc and Grenache. He has also selected an exuberant Marsanne and a Roussanne with great aromatic finesse to create this long and complex perfumed wine. A clear, pale yellow-green colour with golden highlights. A complex nose mixing aromas of flowers and white fruits, sweet and fresh spices and honey. Ample and structured on the palate, revealing a beautiful aromatic intensity and a long and fresh finish.

The word of the Winemaker, :

We love it for its delicacy and finesse.

When ?

To drink with family or friends. Enjoy young or for more complexity from 5-10 years old (potential 15/20 years old). Serve at 8°C. Do not serve too fresh.

How ?

As an aperitif. Perfect with cooked fish and white meats in sauce (chicken with morels). Excellent on ripened cheeses (epoisse, roquefort). Spicy Asian dishes.

The Wine Estate

Eric, the father, has always been a winegrower. But he loves challenges, so one day, after having been technical director of Château Lafite Rothschild, he decided to revitalize the shores of the Mediterranean and bought the estate of Château d'Anglès, which was seduced by the appellation of La Clape. Let's hear it for it!

A découvrir donc !
