Château de l'Engarran
Château de l'Engarran 2018 - Rosé

Languedoc, AOP Coteaux du Languedoc

Château de l'Engarran - Château de l'Engarran

Colour: pale pink petal Nose: peach, cherry and citrus Palate: nice unfolding in the mouth, both fresh and long. Cherry blends with crumpled mint, the lemon touch just gives the touch of liveliness to awaken the beautiful velvety texture, then a touch of pepper and something mineral reminiscent of pebbles heated in the sun delicately spices the cherry pulp that coats the mouth. A real recognizable style! 16/20 Wine Land 15.5/20 Jancis Robinson 1 star Hachette Guide

Wine information

When ?

Immediately on the freshness of fruits and flowers. But rosé de terroir can be kept for 2 years, it gains in aromatic complexity and volume.

How ?

Alone, the wine has personality and will fill your glasses with its aromas! Accompanied by tapenade, scallops with coriander, sweet and sour dishes, strawberries or watermelon, fried tomatoes, grilled meats, salads... everything suits him, because first of all it is a pleasure wine!

The Wine Estate

The estate was founded in 1632 and is part of our historical and wine-growing heritage to our great delight. Just a few steps from Montpellier, the Château, its French-style park and its 60 hectares of vines that surround it are one. The 18th century style is reflected in every detail in the architecture of the château, as well as in the estate's wine-growing vocation and its dedication to women and love. We provide them with...
