Château de Parnay - Château Princé - Château Princé - Anjou Villages Brissac

This wine has a garnet colour and a very beautiful intensity. The nose reveals small black fruits, very ripe and empyreumatic notes (caramel, smoked). The palate is well balanced, the attack is enveloped and round. The finish, very slightly tannic, is enhanced by a touch of acidity and liquorice that brings depth.

The word of the Winemaker, :

This wine is made according to a slow fermentation and gentle extraction during maceration which can last up to 60 days.
