Château de Pennautier - Le Rêve de - Blanc - 2012

Very bright golden colour. Powerful and extremely complex nose. Notes of candied fruit (mandarin, apricot, pineapple, lemon) and very fresh honey. The aromatic palette continues with warm spices such as cinnamon and cardamom. On the palate, there is a superb balance between alcohol, sugars and wood tannins. An elegant wine that can be kept for more than 10 years in the cellar and keeps an astonishing freshness.

The word of the Winemaker, :

The vineyard climbs up the slopes of the sunny and rocky hillsides of the southern part of the Montagne Noire, at an altitude of 300 m. Facing the North, the vines benefit from the East-West alternation of the climate.
