When ?

This wine will delight your most demanding guests. On the border between a dry and a semi-dry wine, Château Gaudrelle Sec Tendre - Clos le Vigneau is a compromise wine par excellence. Nevertheless, it has character and will be heard even on a rich cuisine. To your corkscrews!

How ?

This wine can be served from aperitif to dessert. It can be served with foie gras, scallops or langoustines. It will work wonders with Asian dishes (medium spicy or sweet and sour), on aged cheeses (Comté or Gruyère). Or you can simply serve it alone as an aperitif. To be drunk in all circumstances.

The Wine Estate

Located on the banks of the Loire, in the Vouvray appellation, the Château Gaudrelle estate was founded in 1931 by the great-grandfather of Alexandre Monmousseau, the current owner. Our 22 hectare vineyard is planted exclusively with white chenin on flint clay and clayey-limestone soils. This allows us to obtain fine bubbles and still wines marked by their origin. We attach great importance to driving it...

Bien equilibre. Très agreable en bouche
