Château Henri Bonnaud
Quintessence 2016 - Blanc

Provence, Palette

Château Henri Bonnaud - Quintessence

The colour is silvery yellow with grey highlights. The nose is intense, fresh, with aromas of aniseed and vanilla, mixing notes of brioche and candied fruit. The palate is full and smooth, rich where the notes of confectionery (candied fruit, marzipan) are reflected in a sensation of sweetness, coating at the end of the mouth. The wine has a fresh tannic structure, with a mentholated hue, leaving a long and persistent finish.
