Château Pech Redon
L'Épervier Blanc 2017 - Blanc

Languedoc, Languedoc La Clape

Château Pech Redon - L'Épervier Blanc

A pale yellow colour. A nose with aromas of white flesh fruits. Straight and elegant on the palate, fruity (green apple) and floral notes, with a nice dose of minerality and a hint of saltiness on the finish.

The word of the Winemaker, :

An elegant and lively white wine with both a beautiful freshness and a beautiful tension. White Hawk is floral and fruity with iodine and mineral notes.
