Tasting

When ?

The colour is very pale, brilliant and limpid. The nose offers aromas of fresh red berries and citrus fruits. The palate develops with a lot of freshness aromas of redcurrants, raspberries and citrus fruits with some floral notes. Very nice balance.

How ?

As an aperitif, with fish, grilled or raw meat and vegetables, delicatessen, fresh cheeses, spicy dishes. Desserts based on fresh fruit, sorbets. Serve chilled: 8° C (46° F).
