The colour is a beautiful pale gold. The nose is very complex, combining fresh grapes, mineral and woody aromas. The expression of the nose is confirmed in the mouth with a superb volume and a beautiful substance. The mineral character predominates and the notes of overripe fruit evoke the very beautiful maturity of the grapes. Fat and acidity go together perfectly.
This wine is made according to a slow fermentation and with ageing on lees in barrels for 12 to 18 months.
Appreciates from now on. Can also be kept in the cellar for 5 to 8 years.How ?
