Remember to uncork the bottle 30 to 60 minutes before serving, or better, use a decanter for a better oxygenation of the wine.
This cuvée de Morgon is aged in oak barrels for 6 to 7 months. The natural tannins of the grape, combined with those of the wood, contribute to the development of a pleasant wine for ageing.
It will be appreciated after 5 or 6 years and will have a great possibility of ageing for lovers of old wines. Operating temperature: 16 to 18° C
Goes well with red meats in sauce (beef bourguignon), game animals, and slightly spicy cheeses.
