Very pretty deep red colour with brick reflections of Toulouse. On the nose, we can distinguish cocoa and spicy aromas, which quickly give way to liquorice, caffeinated notes, combined with aromas of candied plums, dried figs and date jam.
The joy of living is the origin of Gigondas' name. The difficulties of mountain cultivation give a beautiful personality to this wine with its intense aromas.
It will await its fullness after 5 to 6 years of conservation.
This wine will go very well with chocolate desserts or dishes in sauce.
Joli nez de cacao et de pruneaux.
Bouche très ample et sans lourdeur.
Le fruit est joli et plaisant.
Si ce vin était un plat ce serait une pâtisserie au chocolat.
