Domaine de la Roche Bleue
Jasnières sec 2017 - Blanc

Loire, Coteaux du Loir

Domaine de la Roche Bleue - Jasnières sec
22€45

This wine has a clear and limpid colour. The nose is more ripe, with notes of candied pear, mineral and honeyed. But a chiselled mouth, on the tension.

The word of the Winemaker, :

Blending of the estate's different Jasnières terroirs, purity, finesse, minerality and tension.

The Wine Estate

A small 7 ha estate located in the Loir valley, in the Jasnières et Coteaux du Loir appellation, the northernmost of the Loire wines. The vineyard, which has been in organic farming since 2010, is mainly composed of flint clay slopes on limestone subsoil, facing south-west, the relatively cool climate combined with the particular terroir gives the wines a minerality and a unique taste. The soils are mechanically cultivated for the production of the soil.
