Domaine des Chers - Saint Amour Vieilles Vignes

The Saint Amour appellation, one of the ten crus of the Beaujolais vineyard, is located on a magnificent terroir between the various hillsides of the region facing due south and located on the Beaujolais wine route. On the wine side, a fruity nose with aromas of red fruits (redcurrant, raspberry, strawberry) with floral notes. On the palate, a wine that is easy to drink. A light and sweet wine that appeals to the feminine mind.

The word of the Winemaker, :

A light and sweet wine that appeals to the feminine mind.

A perfect wine to accompany your meals with friends or family. Drink immediately or keep for 5 to 6 years. Decant 1 hour before. Serve around 16/18°C.

Great with white meats (chicken with morels), fresh dishes or aperitifs. Beautiful combinations with cheeses such as Tomme and Chèvre frais or chocolate desserts.

The Wine Estate

Located in a wonderful terroir, between Beaujolais and Burgundy, Domaine des Chers is a family estate born in 1956 and which extends over 5 hectares concentrated on the most beautiful parcels of the vineyard with the appellations Saint-Amour and Juliénas. Arnaud Briday, the winegrower, sets up here a reasoned culture of his vines to offer you a quality wine.

Un vin au nez fumé et toasté avec une bouche vive et un peu perlante.
