DOMAINE DISCHLER
Pinot Gris 2017 - Blanc

Alsace, Alsace

DOMAINE DISCHLER - Pinot Gris
9€95

Clear, clear golden colour. Fine but discreet nose, with stone fruits and exotic flowers. Entrepreneurial palate, very supple, very fresh. We praise the positive attitude of the fruity bouquet. A simple and gourmet cuvée, to share.

The word of the Winemaker, :

Entrepreneurial palate, very supple, very fresh

Contenance : 75cL - Contenant : Bouteille

Tasting

When ?

Serve as an aperitif, but especially with a refined cuisine, from now on and to keep for 6-7 years, serving temperature between 8 and 10° C

How ?

To be enjoyed as an appetizer with foie gras, duck and exotic or spicy cuisine, as a main course with fish, white meat, or in combination with Asian cuisine.

The Wine Estate

We want to take care of our vines and respect the environment. We practice grassing with a minimum of amendment. The pruning is short and the fruits harvested at their right maturity to obtain a perfect harmony between sweetness, finesse, structure and elegance... Although we produce the famous and famous Alsatian grape varieties, our estate is known for producing exceptional Riesling thanks to the three different terroirs...

The opinion of Ambassadors

 @alexis-proust
