The Wine Estate

The estate has existed for four generations in the small village of Etiau. We have been cultivating the same parcels of land for 75 years. Our soils are partly composed of green schist, partly silty. The schist brings us more structured, more powerful wines, while our silty soils will bring more suppleness and lightness to the wines. All our vines are grassed and worked every other row, that's no problem.
