Domaine du Ministre
Domaine du Ministre 2016 - Rouge

Languedoc, Saint Chinian

Domaine du Ministre - Domaine du Ministre

The robe has a beautiful deep ruby red colour. The nose is complex and intense. We detect a beautiful association of fruity notes (cherry, plum), spices (garrigue, black pepper), roasted (coffee, chocolate). On the palate, there is a very nice balance, with a supple structure, smooth tannins and concentrated aromas. Fruity notes combined with chocolate aromas.
