Domaine du Petit Clocher - Anjou Blanc

The colour is sparkling, straw yellow with bronze highlights. The nose: this wine reflects a spring freshness where the floral aromas of chenin (lime, acacia), citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon) and candied fruits blend together. In the mouth: the attack is straightforward with a nice aromatic continuity. The slight nervousness of the sour granite apple slightly reduces the final roundness.

The word of the Winemaker, :

Flexibility and voluptuousness for this mineral wine with Loire accents, it will sublimate your fish and scallops.

The opinion of Ambassadors

 @jules-lamon
