As a young wine, Riesling Grand Cru Rosacker offers sharp, characteristic spicy aromas that soften as it ages, revealing flavours that are typical of marl and limestone soils and the Rosacker terroir. A brilliant, pale gold colour and aromas of stone fruits, apricot, peach, as well as a floral reminder welcomes you. The palate is structured and nervous, with citrus fruit tones, a long and gourmet silky acidity does not deprive it of a certain suppleness. Remaining dry despite everything, it persists after swallowing and asserts its august birth by a beautiful length on the palate.
