The nose is intense, rich with complex notes of candied figs and dried apricots. The palate is full and round, with a very long finish.
The development of Botritis cinerea (noble rot) on overripe harvested berries initiates an evaporation phenomenon that favours the concentration of sugar and flavours. The ageing is exceptional: at least 30 years.
It is appreciated alone. This nectar is self-sufficient!
