How ?

Notes of rose petal and spices on the nose. The palate offers a very nice touch of mouth, very fine and without heaviness. The fruitiness returns to the palate, which is always very pleasant. It will go well with spicy cuisines or cheeses.

The Wine Estate

Domaine Gross cultivates its vineyard in Biodynamic Culture on the limestone and marl limestone slopes of the Commune of Gueberschwihr. Each geographical place has a deep geological identity transcribed in the wines produced in these so-called places (Rebgarten Neuweg Steinberg...) or the Grand Cru Goldert. The respect of the soil and the plant over the seasons, punctuated by a manual harvest, allows to obtain a great aromatic potential...
