Neuweg means new path, this name is the so-called cadastral place. It is located next to the village on the eastern part. The pinot gris neuweg is of a dry character, the ageing on this cuvée is carried out in half muid in order to obtain a full structure in the mouth.

The Wine Estate

Domaine Gross cultivates its vineyard in Biodynamic Culture on the limestone and marl limestone slopes of the Commune of Gueberschwihr. Each geographical place has a deep geological identity transcribed in the wines produced in these so-called places (Rebgarten Neuweg Steinberg...) or the Grand Cru Goldert. The respect of the soil and the plant over the seasons, punctuated by a manual harvest, allows to obtain a great aromatic potential...
