Domaine Labruyère - Coeur de Terroirs

Very beautiful deep red colour with purple highlights. The nose is seductive with black fruits, liquorice, smoky, toasted and spicy aromas. The palate is sweet on red fruits with a touch of dark chocolate. The tannins are very fine and refreshing, with a spicy and digestible finish.

The word of the Winemaker, :

The Coeur de Terroirs cuvée replaces the Grande Cuvée from the 2013 vintage onwards. A blend of the best terroirs of Moulin-à-Vent and our oldest vines, this wine is the ambassador of the estate and the granitic soils of southern Burgundy.

Wine information

RVF 15/20 RVF 15/20
Le coeur de terroirs se montre classique avec une trame juste et un fruit de bon augure. La matière est digne, le fruit est posé.

When ?

Its fruitiness and crispness make it a perfect partner for aperitifs and cured meats. Its spicy side is ideal with some Asian foods. Drink now and up to 8 to 10 years.

How ?

Perfect with raw Bayonne ham, melon ham skewers and eggplant bread. It will also go perfectly with rabbit with mustard and blackcurrant, with spring lamb navarin or even chicken with poppy seeds.

The Wine Estate

Domaine Labruyère is one of the oldest representatives of the Moulin-à-Vent appellation, which takes its name from the Moulin at its heart. Jean-Marie Labruyère, a wine-growing worker, settled in 1850 on this exceptional terroir and began production. Since then, the different generations have succeeded each other and are committed to promoting the wines of this unique estate.
