Domaine Les Grandes Costes
Les Grandes Costes 2015 2015 - Rouge

Languedoc, Pic Saint Loup AOP Coteaux du Languedoc

Domaine Les Grandes Costes - Les Grandes Costes 2015

A prestigious vintage of the estate, it is the most accomplished expression of it: vinified from a top-of-the-range raw material, produced from very small yields, aged in the cellar for twenty-four months. Coloured wine, complex spicy, smoky nose, balsamic notes, blackcurrant, undergrowth, truffle, black fruit, raspberry, violet, subtly minty mouth, melted, fleshy, balanced and structured by dense and velvety tannins, beautiful persistence on the freshness.

The word of the Winemaker, :

The Mediterranean sun, the limestone soils and the surrounding scrubland give it length and smoothness. A great wine for the pleasure of good and great tables.

The Wine Estate

On the occasion of the transition to the 21st century, Jean Christophe Granier (5th generation) breathed a new era into this family estate created in 1868. He renamed it "Domaine les Grandes Costes", named after the hills next to the family house. He then pulled out the old varieties of vines for the benefit of Syrah and Grenache, and started producing and selling bottled wines... Today, the surface area of the property is more than 100 hectares...

The opinion of Ambassadors

A garder 2/3 ans. Bien !
