When ?

Cirera has an exceptional potential of more than 50 years. The kind of bottle you buy for your children but finish drinking before they turn 20! It can also be drunk very well with youth, on its fruitiness to please oneself.

How ?

It is the perfect match with chocolate, a good dark chocolate sweetness! But also with blue cheeses, strawberry pies (and other red fruits), duck breasts. In short, to replace the jam!

The Wine Estate

Between sea and mountains, the Madeloc estate extends over 16 hectares of hillsides. The landscape of the Côte Vermeille is unique: the Pyrenees, on a raw soil of dark schist, plunge into the Mediterranean Sea. The wines we produce are the very expression of this atypical terroir: the strength of the Mediterranean climate and the freshness of the schist slopes.
