Domaine Moutard
Bourgogne Irancy 2012 - Rouge

Bourgogne, Bourgogne

Domaine Moutard - Bourgogne Irancy

It is a cuvée rich in tannins with a very beautiful dark purple colour. We find notes of red and black fruits (morello cherries, blackberries, raspberries). The tannins are melted in the mouth with a very nice, clean and velvety structure.

Wine information

Tasting

When ?

The acidity of this wine is sufficient to guarantee very good conservation qualities (3-10 years)

How ?

A perfect wine for grilled red meats or game terrines. It is also appreciated with chocolate desserts or simple whole fresh fruits.

The Wine Estate

The Moutard family has been producing champagne since 1927. Their products and their work is now widely recognized and that is why they wanted to get involved in another field, the Domaine Moutard in Burgundy, created in 2004. They honour and produce Crémants de Bourgogne as well as many appellations such as Chablis Premier Cru, Irancy and Tonnerre Vaumorillon.
