Clear colour with silvery highlights. The nose reveals aromas of grapefruit and white peach. On the palate, the frank citrus attack is followed by a more rounded and supple finish.
Colombard on its original terroir! This lively and acidulous grape variety blends well with Ugni-blanc, which gives it roundness on the palate. The first wine that our father bottled 40 years ago from the most common grape varieties in our region (also used for Cognac)
Colombard has a ageing potential of 3 to 4 years. On the freshness in its youth, it will develop rounder and more gourmet aromas with time.
Its citrus aromas are ideal with oysters. We recommend it for seafood and fish.
