The particularity of the terroir gives this cuvée specific aromas of stone fruits such as cherry and flirts with nutmeg, star anise or coffee. It is a complex cuvée, with velvety tannins.
The vines overlook the Saône valley and enjoy a "rotten rock" terroir rich in iron oxide and schist.
Best enjoyed after 5 years. It has a long cellaring capacity, more than 15 years old.How ?
