Produced from the clay-limestone soils of the Yonne, this cuvée is 100% Pinot Noir and matured on fine lees in oak barrels. With a ruby colour, a purple hue and a nose of red fruits, this cuvée has aromas of cherries and wood that respect the balance of the wine, guaranteeing a few years of ageing. Cuvée 1577 can be drunk young for its power and tannic character or kept for more elegance. Consume from 16°C to 18°C.
