Le Chai d'Emilien
Edmond le Démon 2017 - Rosé

Languedoc, Languedoc

Le Chai d'Emilien - Edmond le Démon

it's a rosé that has a very nice structure. Far from the standards of rosé ice cubes, this one is rich, fruity, with pretty citrus notes, with a short length in the mouth

The word of the Winemaker, :

Edmond le Démon in homage to our grandfather Edmond who participates in the winemaking process and who has not yet said his last word to give this rosé all its specificity

Any occasion is a good time to open a bottle. An aperitif, a celebration, a happy event, a rosé is a wine of the friends.

How ?

Perfect as an aperitif, it is also very appreciated with a meal, such as a fish in sauce or an Asian dish.

The Wine Estate

The estate consists of 30 hectares, spread all around the commune of Sussargues. These are parcels that have been bought over generations, some by Emilien's great-grandfather. The soils are all varied, some in rolled pebbles, others clayey-limestone, or even both within the same plot. These are for the majority of the regional grape varieties (syrah, grenache, cinsault, sauvignon, chardonnay...).
