Les Demoiselles de Pallus
Blanc 2017 Vieilles vignes 2017 - Blanc

Loire, Chinon

Les Demoiselles de Pallus - Blanc 2017 Vieilles vignes
14€25

Very beautiful colour with luminous and shimmering reflections and a beautiful clarity. The nose is fresh, slightly bewitching with scents that are revealed as the wine gets oxygenated. Notes of exotic fruits are gradually expressed, others more floral. On tasting, elegant fruity and fresh aromatic notes, a slight fruity crunch. You will be seduced by its beautiful length in the mouth.

The word of the Winemaker, :

The Wine Estate

The cultivation of the vine and oenological know-how are rooted in the Demars family and in this family continuity the objective is to perpetuate tradition and excellence. In 2013 Jacques Demars acquired a 20 hectare vineyard, thus fulfilling one of his passions and continuing the family tradition. Her two daughters, Hélène and Claire, who have been chinese at heart since childhood, have renamed their estate: the Demoiselles de Pallus!
