What is a natural wine?

It is a wine without added sulphur, without inputs, without yeasts other than those of the grapes, in the vineyard, without pesticides, in short it is a "naked" wine that does not cheat, without chemistry, without make-up.
Well, it's a start.

Give him time to do it.

vin_naturel_il_lui_faut_du_tempsOf course, when you open a bottle of wine, you open it to drink it right away and not tomorrow. However, with natural wine, you have to make a little effort. The best thing is to open the bottle at least an hour before, so that the pretty juice takes a little air, opens, gets comfortable... The action is all the more important in nature. With zero sulphur and zero inputs, the wine needs to be aerated, decanted or slightly "shaken" and stretch its legs at the risk of obtaining a reducing odour. Aromas not very sexy it must be said approaching the egg not very fresh or the stable... (Don't worry, it's normal).

Repeat the experience (often)

vin_naturel_essayer_encoreNot that we want to encourage you to drink, but for nature novices, the experience could end with a "we love or hate" from the first bottle, especially if the wine in question is a little reduced or even oxidized.
