(1)
Mas Baux - Alexandre Cuvée Réserve

The colour is black cherry with purple highlights. On the nose, we can detect a good intensity, it is complex, elegant with notes of red fruits, prunes, figs but also garrigue. The palate is balanced with silky tannins. There are notes of red fruit and sweet spices.

The word of the Winemaker, :

A cuvée that offers a beautiful typicality of mourvèdre. A remarkable wine, with a beautiful complexity. Produced only with 800 bottles.

The Wine Estate

Organic wine estate around an old restored Catalan farmhouse, Mas Baux is located on a superb terroir: a quaternary terrace between Perpignan and Canet-en-Roussillon, a stone's throw from the Mediterranean on a site several thousand years old on the edge of the ancient Via Domitia, a Roman road that linked Italy to the Iberian peninsula by crossing Gaul. The grape varieties allow us to offer organic wines, produced with low yields.
