L'Inconscient is a blend of white grenache, roussane, vermentino and a touch of viognier added a few weeks before bottling. Serve chilled but not cold so that its fruit and minerality are immediately apparent on the palate. Under these conditions, the iN...consciousness, which we usually do not master, can on the contrary put us in absolute awakening.

The Wine Estate

After 2 years of volunteering in South India, we arrived at Mas Conscience and guess what, we tasted the Mahatma cuvée! We thought: it's funny this little sign of fate. We literally fell under the spell of the place: imagine a cellar buried in the middle of the scrubland! Our estate is a place of joyful life, of new encounters, of sincere exchanges. Les Terrasses du Larzac is a real welcoming place.
