This blend between viognier and vermentino, harvested by hand, is vinified and then aged for 6 months in barrels. Expressive, it reveals notes of pears, citrus fruits and garrigue. The palate is round, fleshy, but remains tense. A slight refreshing bitterness accompanies the mineral finish.
Serve with fish or with a cheese platter.
With scallops in citrus butter.
