The word of the Winemaker, :

This blend between viognier and vermentino, harvested by hand, is vinified and then aged for 6 months in barrels. Expressive, it reveals notes of pears, citrus fruits and garrigue. The palate is round, fleshy, but remains tense. A slight refreshing bitterness accompanies the mineral finish.

The Wine Estate

Our vineyard is located in the small village of Fos, at the foot of the Cévennes; our cellar in the village of Faugères. The grape varieties are traditional, composed mainly of Syrah and old Carignan, with a smaller proportion of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Lledoner pellut. The average age of our vines is 33 years. They flourish on schist slopes ranging from 200 to 400 metres above sea level....
