Mas Roc de Bô
Vinum Clarum 2016 - Rosé

Languedoc, Minervois

Mas Roc de Bô - Vinum Clarum
11€45

Grapes squeezed to obtain a drop juice. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks after cold settling. The colour is a pretty pale pink. The nose, mineral, fresh and intense with notes of strawberry and small red fruits; a real basket of fresh fruits. Pleasant, silky and round mouth.

The word of the Winemaker, :

The name is a historical reference to the origins of rosé in the Mediterranean region, the "clear wine", brought by the Greeks.

Tasting

When ?

A beautiful bottle to offer, an aperitif, of course, with a meal, at dessert time, a birthday, with friends. Drink it now.

How ?

For the aperitif with Spanish tapas or a Lebanese mezzé. It goes very well with grilled fish or scampi brochettes and seasonal vegetables à la plancha. To finish with a variety of desserts, tatin, creamy, meringue and ice cream.
