Domaine Dominique Gruhier - Montée de Tonnerre Chablis 1er Cru - Blanc - 2017

Dress A clear wine, shining between pale gold and gold in its youth, it will wear a yellow gold robe and old gold with time. Nose The nose is marked by spices and in particular cloves and vanilla. The base of an iodine minerality is nevertheless present and supports fruit aromas such as green apple and pear. These aromas will evolve, with a few years of ageing, towards notes of dried fruit, butter and honey. Mouth The palate is rich in expressions that confirm the aromatic notes with their flavour. Complex, elegant and mineral, it becomes charming, which will increase with time for lovers of old wines.

The word of the Winemaker, :

Without a doubt my favorite wine, it is difficult for me to describe it so much it has to express itself. What power, what personality! I particularly appreciate the straightness and depth of this "Grand Premier Cru".
