Choose your delivery method

Delivery zones and minimum and maximum purchase quantities

The minimum purchase is 3 bottles for an estate since estates ship in boxes of 3 bottles. The delivery is offered to you starting 6 bottles purchased per estate.

  • We deliver up to 21 bottles in France and Europe by DHL.

The countries covered are metropolitan France, Monaco, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

This delivery is made by plane and the delivery time is 48 hours after pick-up at the estate.

New destinations are gradually opening up according to demand. A 8€ additional charge will be added to your order for deliveries abroad.

  • We only deliver to metropolitan France for orders of 24 bottles or more.

These deliveries are made with our partner Géodis or via the winegrowers' transporters. Just as with DHL, the delivery from the estate to your place usually takes 48 hours.

Choosing your carrier and delivery services

Important information about wine deliveries: please pay attention to the nature of the goods delivered. The wine is voluminous, fragile and quite heavy.

Deliveries can therefore not be inserted in mailboxes or delivered on your floor.

We therefore ask you to be particularly attentive in choosing your carrier and its services and to the delivery address you choose when you place your order.

Each carrier has its own delivery services.

1. DHL:

When your order is less than 24 bottles, DHL will take care of your delivery. When the carrier picks up your order at the winery, you will receive an SMS and an email with a link to track your delivery.

This link allows you to track your delivery.

  • To have the possibility to change the date and/or place of delivery with the On Demand Delivery system. Recipients can manage their delivery. Depending on the destination (available delivery options vary from country to country), recipients can choose several FREE options, such as delivery to another address, delivery on hold during holidays, delivery on another day or delivery to your neighbour for example. If your order is shipped with DHL (orders less than 24 bottles), then you can track your order directly from your customer area by clicking on "track my shipment" in the Orders & Invoicing tab.
  • You can also choose to have your order delivered directly to a relay point near you. In the delivery notification that DHL will send you, you will be able to click on the link that tells you which relay point is near your delivery address. You can directly select the one that is the most convenient for you for delivery on the date you want.

You can track your shipment at any time by going to your Les Grappes customer area and then to the Orders & Invoicing tab. You just have to click on the button "Track shipping" related to your order.



When your order reaches 24 bottles or more, Géodis is in charge of delivery. You will receive an email with a tracking link allowing you to track your order and to choose the delivery date that suits you best. You will also be able to pick up your order directly at the Géodis logistics platform closest to you.

Important: GEODIS is a road carrier, shipments are made by trucks :

  • Deliveries are made on a daily basis (9am to 6pm): therefore you cannot be delivered during a specific time slot. 
  • The carrier does not inform you of his passage: it is therefore necessary to ensure a presence at the address communicated during the day.
  • Your address must be accessible by motor vehicle (truck).
  • The delivery is made at your doorstep (the deliveryman will not deliver upstairs).
