Thursday 19 March 2020 at 7:30 pm - Cave Les Grappes Paris 2e In March, with our vigneron masterclass, we'll treat ourselves to beautiful bottles from Xavier Amirault, winemaker from Clos des Quarterons (Loire). He produces organic and biodynamic (Demeter) certified wines in the Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil appellation, which are regularly featured in major guides: 2 stars in the Guide Hachette and 17/20 in the RVF in 2019.

Maison Drappier
The famous family-owned Champagne Drappier, independent since 1808, dared to replant Pinot Noir at a time when no one believed in it. They also experiment with rarer grape varieties such as Petit Meslier, Blanc Vrai and, rarer still, Arbane !

Domaine Colombo
Laure Colombo, oenologist and globe-trotter, joined the estate of her father, Jean-Luc Colombo, in 2010. The estate is made up of several hectares in the Rhône valley, to the north in Cornas and Saint Péray and to the south on the Côte Bleue near Marseille. She has opted for sustainable agriculture to produce authentic, quality wines.
