In March, with our Winegrower MasterClass, we enjoy the beautiful bottles of Xavier Amirault, harvesting winegrower from the Clos des Quarterons (Loire). He produces, on the Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil appellation, certified Organic and Biodynamic (Demeter) wines, accustomed to the great guides: 2 stars in the Guide Hachette and 17/20 in the RVF in 2019.
