Some of our winemakers have colourful characters, which is reflected in their wines. How can you not be intrigued by the wines of Egiategia vinified under the sea, or the use of the lunar calendar by the sisters of the 2 moons vineyard. Our winemakers don't like to do things the same way as everyone else, so they produce bottles that are out of the ordinary! Let yourself be surprised by our most unusual winemakers!

One day, Emmanuel Poirmeur had the crazy idea of making his wine underwater! This agricultural engineer registered a patent for underwater vinification in 2008. Then, decidedly not averse to risk, he set up his vineyard on a virgin territory of the Basque Coast. Discover his unique wines as soon as possible: red, white and even rosé, there is something for everyone !

Journalist and winegrower, that's not common. However, Laetitia Allemand successfully combines these two jobs. She contributes a lot to our blog in order to share with you her passion and to make you discover or rediscover our beautiful French appellations. In her vineyard, she militates for rare grape varieties. With her father, they have for example planted Mollard, a typical Savoy grape variety.

On the same plot of land, several soils. In order to preserve the uniqueness of the grapes, each parcel is vinified separately. At the Jas des Papes, the greatest care is taken not to damage the juices as this would reduce the quality of the wines! A must-try: Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and what's more, it is organically grown.

Elise has been a winemaker at Domaine Madeloc since 2002. Twenty years ago, she decided to settle on these steep hillsides between Collioure and Banyuls. Her vines cover 18 hectares and are planted on schist terroirs. What is special about the estate? The maturing of the Banyuls wines in dame-jeanne, which keeps a higher sugar content thanks to exposure to UV light.

A magnificent and unique estate with a cellar dug into the tufa stone on the Saint Nicolas hillside. The wines of Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil are recognised as AOP and are rare because they are only produced in the eponymous commune. Some plots are directly in the limestone while others are on deeper soils with a layer of clay.
