Our vineyard is located between expensive and Indre in the south of Tours. We cultivate atypical grape varieties in Touraine on one of the oldest and smallest appellations in the Loire Valley (40 ha), Le Noble Joué... Original rosé wine, Noble Joué is the only AOC in France for which three Pinots, Pinot meunier, Pinot gris and Pinot noir are required. We also offer mono varieties such as Pinot gris in dry white, Pinot noir in red, and a special cuvée Malvoisie in softness, our vines are located on clay soils with flint and sand. We cultivate our vines as reasonably as possible and vinify our wines by limiting inputs in order to let our terroir express itself through our wines.
We are proud to revive this historic appellation, already known at the court of King Louis Xl, which almost disappeared due to the urbanization of the Tours area. We are proud that this wine and these grape varieties remain in the memory of the Tourangeaux and the Loire Valley. On our estate, it is the work of 5 generations that continues through me to give you the best of the Noble Joué and its very special grape varieties.
Being a winegrower for us is a philosophy of good living, conviviality, sharing and listening to nature: we cultivate our vines, we vinify our wines, we taste them, and market them.
